What are the delivery options and timelines?

All orders are currently pre-orders. Please allow 10–14 days for shipping. Local delivery in Singapore is via Ninja Van or SingPost. International shipping is not available yet.

Are the shades suitable for myopic users?

Yes, in most cases. We use an optical insert clip system fitted to your prescription. Here's the process: Order your frame and select "Prescription." Upload your prescription. We confirm compatibility with our optical supplier and let you know if anything needs adjusting (lead time, pricing) before you're charged. Once confirmed, delivery takes approximately 10 days. Not sure if your prescription qualifies? Contact us before ordering and we'll check.

Do your shades offer UV protection?

Absolutely. All our models include UV400 protection, blocking 100% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.

What does your warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

Our warranty covers the following manufacturing defects: Lenses : Coating defects, premature peeling, or manufacturer faults in the prescription lens material. Frames : Manufacturing defects such as cracking, breaking (not from impact or misuse), or hinge malfunctions. Craftsmanship : Any flaws in assembly or structural integrity due to manufacturing. What we’ll do if a covered issue occurs: We will repair or replace the item at no cost. If the same product is no longer available, we’ll offer a comparable replacement or store credit.

Our warranty does not cover the following: Scratches on lenses from everyday wear or improper cleaning Damage caused by drops, accidents, or misuse Exposure to extreme temperatures, chemicals, or rough handling Loss or theft Normal wear and tear (e.g., faded logos, minor loose screws) Prescription changes after purchase

How do I file a warranty claim?

To initiate a warranty claim: Email us at velofocus.sg@gmail.com with: Order number Clear photos and/or videos of the defect Description of the issue Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with the next steps. If approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.

Do you offer accidental damage replacement?

Accidents happen! If your sunglasses are damaged outside our coverage or you would like to purchase more designs, we offer a one-time 15% discount on a replacement pair within the first year. 📌 Terms & Conditions - Warranty is valid for original purchaser only and is non-transferable. - Proof of purchase is required. - Repairs/replacements do not extend the original warranty period.
